We start with a Zoom call to understand your business, goals, and what's working. Then we write a clear scope with a number. Once you're in, we have a kickoff call, build for 3 weeks, and launch. You're involved at key decision points — not managing the whole thing.
Brand strategy and visual identity. A full website designed to convert. Lead contact database. Automatic lead sorting with hot lead SMS alerts. One email follow-up sequence. Zoom booking integration. Reporting dashboard. 30-day post-launch support.
When a lead fills out a form, our system scores them automatically — hot, medium, or cold — based on criteria you define. Hot leads trigger an immediate text to you. Everyone else goes into a follow-up sequence. You never miss a strong lead because you were on a job site.
When a project closes, a sequence starts automatically — timed to that client's date. Day 30: a check-in. Month 3: a seasonal tip. Month 6: another useful tip. Year 1: an anniversary email with a soft referral ask. Year 2+: once a year, every year. Personal, not blasted. Running without you.
An optional research service — not the core offer. We can scan permit records and municipality data to identify building activity in a target area. Priced on scope. Ask about it on your Zoom call if it's relevant to your market.

Yes. The brand, website, and systems work is location-independent. Municipality research is location-specific, but everything else — brand, site, lead follow-up, referral nurturing — works anywhere.
We'll tell you on the Zoom call. We'd rather say "we're not the right fit" early than take on a client we can't serve well. If we're not a fit, we'll tell you who might be.
