Build fee is half up front, half before go-live. Nothing launches until it’s paid.

What the monthly covers

Monthly begins on go-live day and covers hosting, automation monitoring, integration health, small tweaks, and a monthly 1-page report.

Scope is explicit

Creative deliverables beyond the monthly scope are add-ons, never assumed. You see the price before anything moves.

6-month minimum keeps the automations long enough to earn their keep. 12-month commitment saves you 10% on the monthly.

What if it doesn’t work?

The 6-month minimum exists because automations need time to earn their referrals. If by month 3 you can’t show a single qualified lead that came through the system, we waive the remaining months. You keep everything built for you — brand, site, automations — and walk.

Q02

Why not hire a marketing agency instead?

An agency charges $3K–$8K per month and delivers deliverables — social posts, ad spend management, a newsletter. We build a system that runs without you. Different math: you own the infrastructure, not a monthly content calendar.

Q03

How long does the build take?

Standard is 6 weeks from signed SOW to go-live. Elevate is 8 weeks. You see the plan, the milestones, and the specific deliverable at each one before we start.

Q04

Can I upgrade from Standard to Elevate later?

Yes. We’ll quote the delta (one-time) plus the new monthly rate, prorated to your current cycle. No tearing anything out — Elevate adds layers on top of Standard.

Q05

What happens at month 7?

Monthly continues at the same rate. You can cancel anytime after the 6-month minimum with 30 days’ notice. You keep the brand, the site, and your Airtable — we turn off the monitoring + automation support.
