branded+Flow

About

We build the operating system custom home firms wish existed.

Brand and automation, engineered as one. Agentic AI doing the work that a firm your size could never afford to hire for. A system that keeps paying you long after the keys change hands.

What we believe

Four beliefs the firm runs on.

These aren’t marketing lines. They’re the rules we’ll disagree with you about if we have to — because they’re the ones that make the system work.

01

Brand is operations, not decoration.

Your logo is the last 5%. Positioning, voice, pipeline, handoffs — that's the brand that actually books work.

02

Automation is craft, not a shortcut.

Every automated touch should feel like you wrote it. Anything less is a liability, not a leverage.

03

Referrals are engineered, not hoped for.

Past clients only refer the firms they still feel close to. That closeness is a system — not a personality trait.

04

AI agents are the team you didn't know you could afford.

A receptionist who never sleeps. A writer in your voice. A researcher on tap. The work of a ten-person shop, run by one.

How we work

Three disciplines. One system.

Most firms treat branding, automation, and AI as separate vendors. We treat them as one job, because that’s the only way the work compounds.

01

Design

Editorial-grade brand and website. Custom-designed, not templated. Built on the same standard as the homes you deliver — never on a shortcut.

02

Automation

Every repeat task routed into a system. Form handling, inbox triage, follow-up cadence, change-order tracking, client nurture — engineered to run without you steering.

03

Agents

AI doing the work you never had the headcount for. Receptionists, writers, researchers, proposal drafters — running in your voice, checked by you, 24/7.

Why agents, why now

The four teammates you didn’t know you could hire.

Agentic AI is the reason a five-person firm can operate like a fifty-person firm. Not in the hype sense. In the a literal teammate on your Slack at 2am writing tomorrow’s homeowner update sense. Each of ours has a job, a voice, and a clear line where they stop and you start.

The firms that figure this out first will dominate the next decade of custom home building.

Custom home firms have always run lean. A founder, a super, an office manager, maybe a project manager and an estimator. Everything else — the writing, the research, the prospecting, the follow-up, the brand work — either gets outsourced at five-figure retainers or just doesn’t happen and the founder eats the loss quietly.

Agentic AI changes the shape of what’s possible for a firm your size. An agent isn’t a chatbot. It’s a teammate with a scope, a toolset, and a quality bar — one you’ve trained on your voice, your past proposals, your client list, and your preferences.

The four below aren’t every agent that runs inside branded+Flow. They’re the four that matter most on week one. By month twelve, you’ll have built a team you never could have afforded in the old model.

01

The Receptionist

Answers the phone. Books the call. Never sleeps.

  • 01Picks up missed calls within two rings, in your voice.
  • 02Qualifies inbound leads against your ICP before they hit your pipeline.
  • 03Books the intro call straight to your calendar. Logs everything to Contact Core.

02

The Writer

Drafts in your voice. You approve. It ships.

  • 01Writes weekly homeowner updates from your super's field notes.
  • 02Drafts Legacy Loop emails — birthdays, anniversaries, seasonal notes — personalized per client.
  • 03Generates blog posts, case studies, and proposal narratives for you to edit, not author from scratch.

03

The Researcher

Knows the neighborhood. Finds the buyer before they look.

  • 01Watches permit filings, land purchases, and wealth signals in your radius.
  • 02Surfaces prospects 6–18 months before they talk to an architect.
  • 03Pulls together briefs on every inbound — their neighborhood, their context, their likely budget.

04

The Operator

Pushes the right task to the right person at the right moment.

  • 01Routes change orders, sub assignments, and homeowner updates through Field Flow.
  • 02Triages your inbox — flags hot leads, files the rest, drafts replies waiting for your yes.
  • 03Follows up on quotes, signed docs, and payment milestones without being asked.

You sign the work. They do the hours. Your name stays on everything.

Human in the loop, always

How we work with you

Four phases. Ten weeks. Then it runs.

Every engagement runs the same path. Research first, build second, launch third, nurture forever.

01

Weeks 1–3

Learn

We get inside the firm. Your voice, your clients, your wins, your leaks. Research the niche, the differentiator, the ICP. Nothing gets built until we know why.

02

Weeks 3–9

Build

Brand, website, Contact Core, Field Flow, Legacy Loop, agents. All five modules engineered together, each informed by the research.

03

Week 10

Launch

Cutover. New site live. CRM handling every new lead. Agents trained on your voice and running. Your old tools sunset in a day.

04

Ongoing

Nurture

We keep it running. Monthly tune-ups, seasonal campaigns, agent retraining as your voice evolves. The system compounds. So does your book.

Architectural custom home with cantilevered upper level and stone base
Jennifer Cortez-Walters · founder

Who’s behind the system

Built by someone
who’s been on the job site.

Jen grew up in custom-home construction — a builder family that moved from the field into permits and entitlement, then into a family glazing sub, then alongside the architects, engineers, and trades who run $3M+ projects in Southern California.

branded+Flow came out of what she saw break on every job: brand that didn’t match the work, schedules that slipped because no one was in charge of the story, referrals drying up because nobody stayed in touch. The system is her answer to every one of those leaks.

She’s a mom of four, based in SoCal, and would rather ship a working system than a slick deck.

Core values

Grow

If it doesn’t get better, it gets cut.

Build

Ship systems, not slides.

Tell the truth

To clients. To subs. To ourselves.

Make cool things

Craft matters at every scale.

Give a damn

About the homes. About the homeowners. About the crew.

The dual obsession

I love

Design.
Brand.
Marketing.

Editorial typography, restraint, craft, and the moment a brand goes from looking like a contractor to looking like a firm worth — and paying — $3M for. A home is the single biggest thing a family ever buys. The brand that sold it to them should match the building.

I’m obsessed with

Automation.
Agents.
AI.

The real leverage isn’t a prettier website — it’s a team of agents running quietly behind one. I build these systems for my own firm first, every day. When you hire branded+Flow, you’re hiring my obsession, not a theory.

Neither one apologizes for the other. That’s the whole point.

Ready when you are

Book a call.
We’ll map it out in one conversation.

Thirty minutes, straightforward. You tell us what’s breaking. We tell you what the system will and won’t fix. No slides. No pressure.
